This is Regi’s first year playing women’s tackle football. She has been approached to play for a couple of years now and finally decided to put her curiosity to rest and go ahead and try it out. Regi fell in love at the first practice.
Regi is an Arizona native and is proud to be Native American and representing my tribes: Chickasaw, Choctaw and Sioux. She has her degree in Dental Assisting and plans on continuing ger education to obtain a Dental Hygiene degree.
In her free time, Regi likes to attend powwows, hang out with friends and loves spending time with her family, girlfriend and their 2 dogs. She enjoys both playing and watching basketball. Regi also likes to watch football both college and pro levels. Regi is a big OU fan. BOOMER SOONER!
Cindy is a first year rookie to Women’s Tackle Football, but has been playing soccer for over 18 years now. She brought some of her mad skills to add to this new experience. She is an added addition in the Phantomz defense because of her athletic speed and abilities.
Cindy is an international athlete from the island of St. Lucia. She played for the Women’s National Soccer Team of St. Lucia from 1999 to 2007. She was an outside midfielder and striker. She came to the US in 2001, attended and played soccer at Lassen Community College, graduated with an AA degree in 2004 and transferred to Grand Canyon University. Cindy played soccer for the women’s team there and graduated in 2008 with a BS in Cooperate Fitness and Wellness Exercise degree with a Minor in Health. She was also involved in many different sporting activities such as: marathon running, club basketball and track and field.
Outside of football, Cindy’s job professionally is a soccer coach. She coaches club soccer in the Ahwatukee area and is also the head Coach of Marcos de Niza JV high school girls soccer team.
The Phoenix Phantomz defeated the Colorado Sting, 75-0 for their Season Home Opener. The Phantomz are now 2-0 for their 2012 Regular Season.
The Phantomz are on the road for their next game on April 28th at Vail, AZ against the Tucson Monsoon. Kick off is at 7pm. The Monsoon were defeated by the California Quake last weekend 48-31.

The Phantomz will return home again on May 5th for a rematch with the California Quake. Kick off will be at 6pm.
Munk has been playing Women’s Tackle Football for 9 years including 4 years with the Erie Illusion and 5 years here locally in Phoenix. She loves being able to have the opportunity to play football. Her sister’s roommate in college saw an ad in the newspaper for tryouts, told her she was going with her and has never looked back since.
Michelle has always been involved in sports throughout her life playing basketball, softball, volleyball, track and field and bowling… yes bowling. Her team in high school took 2nd in the states in Pennsylvania. Michelle also coaches high school girls basketball at Tonopah Valley High School.
Outside of football, Munk is a graphic/web designer, photographer and co-owns a screen printing business, Art by Design, LLC. She is also currently pursuing her masters degree in Web Design and New Media at Academy of Art University.
The Phoenix Phantomz defeated the California Quake 70-0 in their season opener in Los Angeles, CA. The Phantomz set the tone for the season in this first game and look to continue to improve for a successful season this year.
The Phantomz host their first regular season home game this Saturday vs. the Colorado Sting. The Phantomz home field is located at Central High School, Indian School Rd and Central Ave. Please come out and cheer on your Phantomz to another victory. Kick off will be at 6 pm.
